PJ Stirling supply top quality strawberries to UK multiple retailers taking advantage of their high specification greenhouses that offer exquisite environmental control. They work to continually improve and optimise the quality and range of their offering and are working with APGC to develop novel methods of environmental optimisation taking advantage of breakthrough growing technologies.

APGC is working with PJ Stirling Farms to implement novel growing technologies to improve the quality and functional health properties of their strawberries. We are working to develop objective measures of fruit quality and to develop technologies to estimate and optimise the health benefits of strawberry consumption.
